Survey on Satisfaction with Public Transportation in Pilsen

A survey on passenger satisfaction with public transportation in Pilsen will be conducted through 15 October. Interviewers will be stationed at selected public transportation stops to gather passengers’ opinions on our services.

If you’d like to participate in the survey but don’t encounter an interviewer during your trip, you can also share your opinion via a shortened version of the online questionnaire.

Your suggestions and comments will help us continue to improve our services. All responses are strictly confidential and will be anonymized in the final analysis.
