Increased service on routes 33 , 40 , and an extension to the Main Train Station from 1 . 9 . 2026

Starting on 1, 9, and 2026, routes 33 and 40 will have extended service throughout the week between 5 and 18, traveling to the Main Train Station via Americká and Šumavská Streets. The extended routes will serve the Pařížská and Main Station stops in both directions. At the same time, service will be increased on weekdays during the off-peak hours between 8 and 14 by shortening the interval to 10 minutes. Two-way overlapping service on Line 33 will ensure a split interval of 5 minutes for buses traveling from the hospital in Lochotín. Weekend service on Line 33 will also be increased; between 12 and 20, the interval on this line will be 20 minutes. Two-way spacing between services on line 33 will ensure a split interval of 10 minutes for services traveling from the Lochotín Hospital. A new pair of evening services will be introduced on line 40, with departures at 23:07 from Goethova Street and at 23:23 from Košutka.
