Opening of Americká Street from 10 . 8 . 2026

Effective as of the night service from 9 to 10, 8, and 2026, public transit service along Americká Street will resume. As a result, there will be changes to the following routes: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 27, 33, 34, 40, N1–N7, N11, N12, and H.

Trolleybus lines:

10 Route:
The one-way route through the city center has been restored: U Trati – Borská – Koperníkova – Tylova – Americká – Prokopova.
Changes to stops
: Temporary stops on the detour route will be canceled.
Permanent stops at Tylova; U Práce, Mrakodrap, and Prokopova have been restored.

11, 16, and N7
lines: The two-way route in the city center (Americká – Tylova) has been restored.
Stop
changes: Temporary stops on the detour routes will be canceled.
Permanent stops at Mrakodrap, U Práce, and Tylova have been restored.

12 Line:
The two-way route in the city center between Americká and Tylova has been restored.
Stop
changes: Temporary stops on detour routes will be canceled.
Regular stops at Mikulášská, Pařížská, Mrakodrap, U Práce, Tylova, and CAN Tylova have been restored.

13 Line:
The two-way route in the city center between Anglické nábřeží, Goethova, and Prokopova has been restored.
Stop
Changes: Temporary stops on detour routes will be canceled.
Permanent stops at U Prazdroje, Anglické nábřeží, Goethova, and Prokopova will be reinstated.

14 Line:
The one-way route in the city center—Prokopova – Goethova – Anglické nábřeží – Ukrajinská – Americká – Prokopova—has been restored.
Stop
Changes: Temporary stops on the detour route will be discontinued.
Regular stops at Goethova, Anglické nábřeží, Pařížská, and Prokopova have resumed.

15 and17
lines: The two-way route in the city center (Americká – Tylova – Koperníkova) has been restored.
Stop
Changes: Temporary stops on detour routes will be canceled.
Permanent stops at Hlavní nádraží, Pařížská, Mrakodrap, U Práce, Tylova, and Jižní Předměstí have been restored.

18 Line:
Minor adjustments have been made to the departure times of selected trips.

Line H
: The one-way route through the city center has been restored: Prokopova – Americká – Šumavská – U Prazdroje – Anglické nábřeží – Goethova – Prokopova.
The temporary stops Mikulášská; Pařížská (on Ukrajinská Street); and U Ježíška will be discontinued.
The stops Prokopova; Pařížská; Anglické nábřeží; and Goethova have been reinstated.

Bus routes:

20 Line:
The one-way route in the city center from Františkánská Street via Goethova, Americká, and Klatovská Streets to Pětatřicátníků Park has been restored. The scope of service for this line remains unchanged.
Changes to Stops
: The temporary stops at Františkánská and Smetanovy sady will be discontinued.
The regular stops at Goethova, Mrakodrap, and U Práce have been reinstated.

Line27
: The regular route through the city center has been restored, running in both directions via General Patton Bridge, Pětatřicátníků Park, Klatovská Street, and Americká Street. The route’s service area remains unchanged.
Stop
Changes: For line 27, the stops Rondel on Otýlie Beníškové Street, Otýlie Beníškové, and Náměstí Republiky will be canceled, and the replacement stops Františkánská and Smetanovy sady will be added.
The following stops will be reinstated: Rondel (on the exit ramp to General Patton Bridge), Sady Pětatřicátníků, U Práce, and Mrakodrap.

33 and40
lines: The loop service in the city center has been canceled, and the regular route through the city center has been restored, running in both directions along Františkánská and Goethova streets. The scope of service for these lines remains unchanged.
Stop
Changes: The temporary “Muzeum” stops will be discontinued.
The regular “Goethova” stops will be reinstated.

34 Line:
Services starting in the city center will once again run along Americká and Klatovská streets. Services from Orlík heading to the city center will terminate at Mrakodrap or at Pařížská. The line’s service scope remains unchanged.

Changes: The temporary stops “Muzeum” and “Smetanovy sady” will be canceled.
The stops “Mrakodrap” and “Pařížská” (terminal stop) in the direction from Orlík will be reinstated.

Lines N1, N4
: The regular route through the city center has been restored, in both directions via Náměstí Republiky, Františkánská, Goethova, and Americká.
Changes to Stops
: The temporary stops Náměstí Republiky (on Pražská Street), Muzeum, and Smetanovy sady will be canceled.
The regular stops at Náměstí Republiky (the stop on the eastern side of the square for services to Severní předměstí), Mrakodrap, and U Práce have been restored. The scope of service for these lines remains unchanged.

Lines N2, N5
: The regular route through the city center has been restored, running in both directions along Americká and Tylova Streets. The scope of service for these lines remains unchanged.
Stop
Changes: The temporary stops at Muzeum, Smetanovy sady, and Tylova on Koperníkova Street will be discontinued.
The regular stops at Mrakodrap, U Práce, and Tylova (on Tylova Street for buses heading toward Mrakodrap) have been reinstated.

Lines N3, N6
: The regular route through the city center has been restored, running in both directions along Americká and Klatovská Streets. The scope of service for these lines remains unchanged.

The service will once again depart from the Mrakodrap stop toward the train station.
