Temporary change in the opening hours of the customer service center on Klatovská Street

Dear Customers,
on Thursday 11. 6. 2026, the payment counter and customer service center on Klatovská Street 12 will be open only until 12:00 due to a scheduled power outage.

 Our second customer service center on Denisovo nábřeží 12 in Pilsen will be open during regular business hours from 8:00 to 17:00.

 We will be happy to process requests regarding the payment counter the following business day starting at 7:30.

 To recharge your Pilsen Card, you can use the following self-service channels: 

• Pilsenská karta E-shop – allows you to top up all types of prepaid balances and transport credits to your electronic wallet.
• Virtual Pilsenská karta app – for prepaid passes, you can choose a mobile phone or bank card as your identifier.
