Customer Service Centers Will Be Closed During Easter

As is the case every year, both PMDP Customer Service Centers will be closed during the Easter holidays, specifically from 3. 4. to 6. 4. 2026. We look forward to seeing you again after Easter, specifically on Tuesday 7. 4. 2026.

To recharge your Plzeň Card, you can use the self-service options available at 24 / 7:

• Plzeňská karta E-shop – allows you to top up all types of passes and transport credits to your electronic wallet. Passes can be topped up without subsequent validation and will be active within 1 hours of payment.
• Virtual Plzeňská karta App – customers can choose either a mobile phone or a bank card as their identifier for the pass.
