Contractual transport conditions valid from January 1, 2026

New Contractual Conditions of Carriage will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
 
We would like to inform you about two changes concerning transport and behavior in public transport vehicles.
 
The first change is an amendment to the rules for transporting wheelchairs. Wheelchairs that cannot turn around their own axis in the vehicle will no longer be allowed. This measure applies in particular to large mobility scooters, the transport of which is problematic for operational and safety reasons.
 

The second change is a clarification of the rules for consuming food and beverages in vehicles. Only non-alcoholic beverages from otherwise sealed PET bottles are permitted. The consumption of all other beverages and food in public transport vehicles is not permitted.
