Amnesty 2025: Start the new year with a clean slate!

Until December 31, 2025, passengers can settle their old unpaid transport inspection debts once and for all by paying half of the original fine. Once this amount has been paid, the debt will be considered settled.
 
What and where you can pay
The amnesty applies to debts incurred no later than September 30, 2025. You can pay them at the PMDP additional payment cash desk:
 
  • until November 14, 2025, at Tylova 12, Pilsen
  • from November 19, 2025, at the new address Klatovská třída 12, Pilsen
If the debt is already being dealt with in enforcement proceedings, it is necessary to contact the relevant enforcement officer. Information on the procedure will also be provided by the cashier.
 
Why this amnesty was created
The aim of this initiative is to settle old and difficult-to-enforce claims while enabling debtors to resolve their obligations. The amnesty will make it possible to recover at least part of the funds that would otherwise remain uncollectible, while reducing the administrative, financial, and legal burden associated with their enforcement.
The measure is one-off and time-limited – it is only valid from November 1 to December 31, 2025.
 
Why it is worth taking advantage of
After payment of the specified amount, the relevant claim will be closed without further increases or interest. This step is a technical and administrative solution within the framework of debt management.
