Child 6 - 15 years / Zone 001 Pilsen
Until the last day before 15th birthday.
Children up to 15 years of age are entitled to free transport if they are holders of a Pilsen (or Virtual) card with an activated free fare. Otherwise, they must purchase individual discounted fares. Free transport must be activated on the Pilsen (or Virtual) card at any PMDP sales point.

Note:
Young people aged 15-18 are entitled to a discounted prepaid fare based on age, so they do not need to provide proof of education. The discount will be activated on the Pilsen (or Virtual) Card upon presentation of an ID card at any PMDP sales outlet.

Note:
Students aged 18 to 26 (from their 18th to 26th birthday) are entitled to a reduced prepaid fare upon presentation of proof of study (PMDP form, ISIC card or student card).
The reduced fare must be activated on the Pilsen (or Virtual) card at any PMDP sales point, or by sending an electronic confirmation of studies directly to the school (students of the University of ZČU must match the JIS card with the Pilsen card at the CIV).

Note:

Senior over 65 years / Zone 001 Pilsen
Senior citizens over 65 years of age are entitled to free transport in Zone 001 Pilsen even without Pilsen card. Their age can be proved by ID card or similar identity document.

Persons receiving maternity or parental allowance, or persons on maternity or parental leave are entitled to a reduced prepaid fare upon presentation of a certificate from the Czech Social Security Administration stating that they have been granted maternity allowance, a notification from the Labour Office stating that they have been granted parental allowance, or a certificate from their employer stating that they are on maternity or parental leave. The discount must be activated on the Pilsen (or Virtual) card at any PMDP sales outlet.

Note:
Any Pilsner Card holder or Pilsner Card Mini chip holder can use the basic prepaid fare for a dog valid for 365 days. In case of activation to the Pilsen card, this subscription is bound only to the transport of the dog with a specific card holder, the subscription to the Pilsner card Mini is transferable and anyone can transport the dog.
The reduced dog prepaid fare valid for 365 days can be used by passengers who are entitled to free transport (children under 15, seniors over 65 and blood donors) and can only be activated on the Pilsen card and is linked to the transport of a dog with a specific person.

Eligibility is evidenced by a valid ISIC student card, or a valid student card that is mutually recognised by the carriers, containing the elements according to current legislation, i.e. a current photograph, name and surname, date of birth, name of the school.
The reduced fare must be activated on the Pilsen (or Virtual) card at any PMDP sales point, or by sending an electronic confirmation of studies directly to the school (ZČU students must request a confirmation of their studies through the student portal).
